Each channel is a 4N Pure Silver 11 AWG low-resistance twisted pair kept mechanically stable and matched between L/R.
Oyaide’s SPSL spades and SRBN bananas are premium speaker-cable terminations built for maximum contact integrity and long-term stability, with a distinctly “overbuilt” Japanese precision feel. The SPSL uses a robust metal body with silver plating (1.5μ) plus platinum plating (0.3μ) and a tough dual 5mm screw locking system, accepting up to 4.0mm cable and fitting common binding posts (fork width suited to 6mm or 8mm terminals), making it an ideal choice when you want a wide, stable clamping surface at the amp or speaker end.
The SRBN takes a different approach: a phosphor bronze base for spring tension and conductivity, a cross-slit, four-part tip designed to increase contact area and “smooth-and-tight” insertion feel, plus a dual screw clamp cable connection method; it’s finished with direct silver plating (1.5μ) and rhodium plating (0.3μ) over a mirror-polished body for excellent oxidation resistance and a clean, fast, low-noise interface.
