How do I place an order?
You can either add a standard product to your cart, or use the Custom Order form for a specific build. After you submit, we confirm the exact terminations, length, and final pricing before production begins.
What does “Custom Order” mean?
It’s a request form for builds that aren’t a simple “add to cart” configuration. Choose a category (optional), optionally pick a model to pre-fill terminations, then add notes for anything special.
How long does a build take?
Most builds are completed quickly once we confirm the details. If a component is backordered, we’ll let you know up front and offer alternatives.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfer (no surcharge) and card payments via Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, and American Express). If you choose card, a small surcharge is applied at checkout to cover processing fees (limited to our reasonable cost of acceptance).

Options & Compatibility
Can I mix RCA and XLR on the same cable?
No—RCA ↔ XLR mixed terminations on the same cable aren’t supported. If you pick XLR on one end, XLR will be enforced on the other.
What if I’m not sure which connectors I need?
Put your gear model numbers in “Additional notes” and we’ll confirm the correct terminations. If you select a model from the dropdown, the site will automatically guide compatible connector options.
Do extra options affect pricing?
Yes—some options add cost depending on the selection. Required options are accounted for in the minimum “From” price shown on category pages.
Shipping & Delivery
Do you ship Australia-wide?
Yes—we ship Australia‑wide. Shipping options and costs are shown at checkout (or confirmed when a custom request is finalised). For dispatch and delivery expectations, see our shipping policy.
What are the estimated shipping times?
Custom items: typically 2-3 weeks from confirmation, depending on the specific parts selected.
Marketplace items: typically 0-2 weeks, depending on stock status and dispatch timing.

Can I pick up locally?
Yes—pickup is available in Bondi Junction. The exact address will be provided once your item is ready for collection. You can choose "Pickup (Bondi Junction)" at checkout when available.

How do I care for my cables?
Avoid tight bends near connectors, don’t crush the cable under furniture, and keep connectors clean and dry. If you need a tighter bend radius, mention it and we’ll recommend the best build approach.
