How does a custom order work?
Submit the Custom Order form with your terminations, length, and sleeving. We’ll reply to confirm details and final pricing before building.
Do you ship Australia‑wide?
Yes — shipping options depend on size/weight and can be confirmed after you submit your request.
Build
Do you mix RCA and XLR?
For analogue interconnects, we keep A and B matching: RCA–RCA or XLR–XLR. Adaptors can be requested separately.
Can I request specific connectors?
Absolutely. Add your preferred connector brand/model in “Model‑specific options” or “Additional notes”.
Care
Any handling recommendations?
Avoid tight bends near terminations, and keep strain off connectors. For heavy cables, support the run to reduce connector load.
What if I’m unsure about the best option?
Submit a request with your system context and constraints. We can recommend an option bundle and termination approach.
