The KE01 is a soft inner sleeve for 12-inch records made from an antistatic material that attenuates static charge rather than collecting it. Every time a record slides in and out of a plain paper or poly sleeve it builds charge, and that charge is what grabs dust and pops at the stylus.
They are a consumable by design: when one gets grubby, replace it. Available singly for the prized pressings, or in a ten-pack for the working collection.
