The KE03 is the sheet version of KOJO's antistatic disc care: a sheet that lives in the jewel case or sleeve with the disc and quietly attenuates the static charge it carries. Less charge means less dust and fewer read hiccups from the player laser.
Like the sleeves, they're a consumable, sold in tens and thirties. Swap in a fresh sheet when the old one has done its time.
