The Oyaide FTVS-910 is a high-end 110Ω AES/EBU cable designed built around a “pure silver, pure signal” concept. Oyaide FTVS-910 is a twinax cable with a 5N (99.9995%) pure silver center conductor, treated with skin-pass polishing and annealing to maximize silver’s transmission performance, backed by 3-layer hybrid shielding for broad-band noise protection and a polyurethane jacket to help isolate vibration. The termination is via the FOCUS 1 XLR featuring a one-touch push-pull lock with a ball-bearing mechanism, phosphor bronze pins with direct silver + rhodium plating, and a slightly extended ground contact to help reduce connection “pop” noise, all assembled using Cardas Silver Solder.
